So Carter, in an attempt to civilize his annoying baby brother, established a school in the kitchen, drawing charts and stars on our refrigerator (which is coated with blackboard paint) and teaching Grant proper school ettiquete. The school was running quite smoothly for about an hour, and I snuck away to squeeze some work in, but it wasn’t long until Clay ran up to me, crying, complaining that his brothers had kicked him.

Since Clay has been quite crabby all day, I had my suspicions about who had caused the tiff. It wasn’t long until Inspector Mommy got to the bottom of the story: evidently Clay wanted to play as well, so Carter told him he could be the principal. But the new principal immediately sacked the teacher and took over the classroom! There then ensued a mutiny that would make Robin Williams proud.

I think I’ve negotiated a deal, but the administration still isn’t happy!
