Hi cyber-friends! (Doesn’t that sound a little bit like “Spider Friends?” I loved that show when I was little–but if you’re under 30, and have no idea what I’m talking about, just forget I said anything, okay?) I thought I should tell you (now that it’s halfway through the week) that my parents are in town visiting, and I won’t be blogging very much this week. I’ll be back to my regularly scheduled ranting (erm, writing) next week. (Insert cheesy transition music from “Spiderman and His Amazing Friends.”)

That means I am now an official member of the Redbud Writer’s Guild!!! *squee* I can’t tell you how excited I am to be associated with this absolutely amazing group of women, who are “Fearlessly expanding the feminine voice in our churches, communities and culture.” Amazing.
